Ian I know the saying is (if at first you do,nt succeed try try try again) regarding the chat zone there people in charge stuff them. As for any of them coming we do not need them. Stick to the great job you are doing for the stars, tigers , supporters let those jealous twits in the east do there own thing.

As an Admin of Easy, Tiger!, I would just like to clarify that first and foremost, this is a Glasgow Tigers forum, and then its a speedway forum. Edinburgh fans are most welcome to join the forum as long as they adhere to the rules and recognise that they will always be a minority on this forum (the sheer nature of it being a Glasgow forum after all!) Its the same with every "derby" forum up and down the country
Ive just had to remove a post made by davie, which in all honesty ... was a shocking post. KevPat has been nothing but civil on this forum, his posts are naturally biased towards his team (as anyone's are), but at the same time he posts with a rational head and takes in both sides of the coin, he's no too bad at the banter either if you look through his previous posts.
So can we please keep this civil, otherwise the admin team will be left with no choice but to take further action in this thread, as its already treading on very thin ice.

Have to say I'm with BP on this one-I appreciate that posts shouldn't get personal or anything like that but there appears to be a pre-occupation with not offending Edinburgh punters who occasionally wander onto this forum (maybe because they can't get any intelligent conversation on their own site, ken?). Maybe I'm getting this wrong but on a Tigers' forum I would have thought Monarch baiting would be regarded as good clean sport for the principal users (ie Tigers' fans) and if the least from the East cannae handle that then the answer is simple-try for some intelligent conversation on your own site, but don't hold your breath in the process!

Bongo Brian Chirs rode in Shanes testimonial meeting in 2005 scoring 3 from 5 and he was the World Under 21 Champ in 1990 and has also rode in the GPs as a rider and as a wildcard and his mum in Polish. Ah! A testimonial would explain why I couldn't find Chris Louis name! Oh well, my powers of investigative journalism have been found wanting!

Thanks for that. Can I just say what a great idea for a programme. 30 minutes of sensible chat about speedway. What a shame there's nothing like it in Scotland.
In saying that they spoke a lot but said little. Rossiter withdrew from the programme on legal advice (there's apparently yet another meeting to try and resolve this tomorrow). Edward Kennett was on and made a few perfunctory remarks. It was well presented but essentially we didn't find out anything new.
Whatever the outcome of this is it's not going to pretty. If (as some are predicting) Sandhu's lawyer goes through the BSPA like a knife through butter then it's going to have serious implications for at least one of our fellow PL clubs.

Is there a "Plan B" for the STARS night should Alun Rossiter be unable to come and speak? It seems unlikely all the threatened legal action will be resolved by the end of Feb, indeed there is fair chance the start of the EL season might be held up. Have the PL promoters issued a statement about their position? would they be prepared to take legal action to ensure our season starts on time? All very messy and very costly and I don't think there will be any winners
