Josh certainly seems to be improving with each EL meeting he takes on, although I think the wee barra still needs one more year in the PL, before he thinks about taking on a full EL season. He still has time on his side, and one more year pushing for a nine point average and a PL winners medal in the Stripes wont do him any harm ;D Although I wouldnt be surprised if he goes to the Aces as part of the deal that has seen Screeny head in the other direction I think it is Belle Vue against Coventry on Sky next Monday, so hopefully we will get the opportunity of seeing Josh in EL action.

I think another year in the Stripes and start the season as Belle Vues official doubling up number 7 would be ideal for him and that is basically what he has been forced into doing now anyway. Josh seems to be a sensible enough lad when it comes to his speedway and where he wants to be, so I am sure he will do what he feels is best for him next season.

Think that's exactly right-let him (and us) get the benefit of him getting the extra rides in the EL and the confidence boost of bigger scores in the PL-will in turn help him score better in the EL-Don't suppose the extra cash from all the extra meetings will prove to be a handicap either!

I don't see Josh staying for a forth season and going stale as we have seen happen in the past to other riders at Glasgow, and im sure if he has any ambition he would like to race in Poland which won't happen for as long as he rides for Glasgow and if my calculations are correct next year would be his last as a junior in Poland and having already given up 3 seasons racing on Poland a 4th season would be a big risk

And Josh beat Darcy twice. Why don't the Poles dig up their own talent instead of raiding our lot?

Would you care to name the riders who have gone stale by staying at Glasgow? Josh has made excellent progress since joining us and even the most optimistic of Glasgow fans realise he is destined for the EL but another season @ Ashfield won't do him any harm whatsoever.

I'd hope that Josh would stay on next season - and double up.
But I am a realist - if he wants to make the jump then so be it.
