Jocks "fondest" memory of Jim Senior was when the promotion bought shale for Hampden that hadn't been riddled properly. In Blantyre parlance it was full o' staines ! At every opportunity, and there were many ! , Jimmy got the trackstaff lined up across the track and walked them round the very large Hampden track picking up the staines.
