Gary Williams of course was more famously known as Gary Guglielmi, while Stephen Barr was a deaf mute. Didn't Barr not score a maximum in the first SJL match?

while Stephen Barr was a deaf mute. Didn't Barr not score a maximum in the first SJL match? He certainly did, DJW and it was the only SJL match he took part in, two wins out of two for a perfect record ;D He actually moved onto Stoke before the end of that 1977 season and rode in a few NL matches for them before the season was out. He returned for 1978 and moved about the northern tracks taking part in second halves before settling at Boston where he rode in a few matches for their junior team in the inaugural Trackstar Anglia Junior League. He never returned to GB for the 1979 season.
