From the front page of today's Washington Post.
Reporters Bob Woodward and Karl Bernstein report the following:
President Barack Obama arrived today at Edinburgh Airport in Air Force One. The flight arrived as planned at 05:10, ironically a familiar heat score from the Premier League meeting on the 4th June.
The early morning arrival was scheduled for this time to avoid the world's press who have now taken much interest in Armadalegate. It brought further intrigue to the whole event. Edinburgh Monarchs leader, JDC, unfortunately missed the President's arrival stating that he wasn't used to those flying into Edinburgh from foreign countries actually arriving. As JDC had not expected the President's arrival a guest had been booked to take his place. It's now believed PM David Cameron, will now use the time freed to sort out the UK economy, his previous appointment with several other G8 leaders to find world peace being cancelled at short notice to meet JDC's demands. It's believed that Middle East Envoy, His Royal Highness Mr Cherie Blair known to his friends as Tony, has also volunteered his services to find a solution to the issue.
Nevertheless President Obama was delighted that JDC could change his schedule and grant him his wish of an audience. Obama said "I cannot thank the Monarchy of Edinborough enough for seeing me. The so-called Armadalegate issue is of such importance that I simply had to take personal charge. Monarch JDC has my fullest support".
Unconfirmed reports suggest JDC was persuaded to change his scheduled task of trawling Google for excuses for riders not arriving at meetings to meet the world leader.
Normally JDC only grants audiences at the Armadale sponsors lounge. However, due to a previously arranged appointment protocol was broken and an alternative secret venue used. It's believed the sponsors lounge was booked to allow a worky from Scottish & Newcastle "to fix the 80 shilling tap". Previous reports that a joiner was due to fix a leak in the roof remain unconfirmed.
A meeting was hastily, but successfully, arranged at an alternative secret location in Armadale. Cleverly, a Masonic Lodge was chosen as a way of avoiding the world's press. With over 200 of these in Armadale it soon became a cat and mouse chase across the West Lothian town. King JDC's avoidance objective was a success for sufficient time for the meeting to take place.
Before President Obama could enter the Lodge he had to be inaugurated. The President was fast tracked through the Masonic ritual and it's believed his favourite pop group is now...

King JDC left the lodge, closely followed by President Obama, to the following musical fanfare:

The irony of the group's name and the songs lyrics not being lost on some onlookers, familiar with the town and the stadium.
From the steps of the lodge President Obama addressed the world's press. Clearly aware of his new found "allegiance" his speech was tailored to appeal to the local towns people of Armadale.
"Brothers! First of all can I thank Monarch JDC for seeing me today. You all have my fullest support in your quest to discover the truth about the speedway meeting of 4th June. We cannot and must not, bow down to these Tiger people. There must be 'No Surrender'! I ask you to 'Follow, Follow' Monarch JDC's leadership and support the investigation of what these Tiger people did."
After rolling down his trouser leg, President Obama got into his car and his motorcade left for Edinburgh Airport. Albeit with 2 cars less than when they arrived. The President also had his wallet returned by one of his Secret Service agents. His trip was completed to his satisfaction when JDC agreed to provide a signed photograph. King JDC put on hold a request for a knighthood until the investigation is successfully completed.
Monarch JDC left the venue to resume his official duties. Top priority being his charity work for the "Penny For The New Stadium" fund.
