wish i had went now. well done to all 7. Think a big reception on Sunday would be appropriate. Well done to the riders, promoters and fans, what a performance.

Just a question of 3 or 4 after heat 6 although Worrals deification nearly through a spanner in the works. I think Josh just clipped Deek whilst lining up the third bend which caused him to clatter the kerb, hard on Newcastle. Great to see James on the gas, a solid all round team performance, with the Screenie roadshow rolling on Weren't the Tiggerati noisy, good work!

Great result for the boys tonight, some good speedway. 7 points from the Newcastle matches is an excellent return, not many teams will do that this season.
Roll on Sheffield, will be there and I cant wait.

What a meeting! All the boys gave it there all and we all made as much noise as we could!! Great victory!! Only negative on the night was a section of the home fans acting like cavemen! Cheering when any of our boys fell etc! That is the worst set of fans I have came across in speedway!! Another thing I discovered tonight was that they are very very bad LOSERS. No change at Newcastle then mate

i am really happy we won, but to be honest we should have buried them a lot sooner.
I dont think we can ever moan about the glasgow track again, as the racing at rough park is terrible.

Certainly made heavy weather of beating a depleted Diamonds side but the history books will show four points gained. Taking off my red and white tinted specs it wasn't the greatest viewing on Sky, with only three or four decent races, but the closeness of the scores kept things tense. Biggest plus was the return to form of James. One of the few people able to pass on the tight track, and his move on Mr Sneddon was real edge of the seat stuff. Lets hope we can keep our unbeaten run going on Thursday evening when we visit Sheffield. Heat 1 should be interesting with the Screen Machine up against a certain Mr Parker
