Not sure if I've got the final GSAs but does this line up fit under 38.00? Harris; Brennan; Vissing; Bailey; Edwards; Complin; Pijper No Tom next year. Here is his tweet I just like to say a massive thank you to @glasgowtigers and fans for supporting me for the past 2.5 years, in what has been a very difficult time at points both on and off the track. This morning I had a message from the management to say that I’m not in their plans for 2024.Overall he's done a job but possibly hasn't progressed as much as he, or us, would have hoped. He's the same age as Ben but isn't at Basso's level..... yet. If Tom's average meant that he would be one of the heatleaders I'd rather go with someone else at No3......Vissing or Bailey or Tara (whatever his average actually is....?)

Tend to agree with dws. Tom seems more of a slow burner. He is nearly but not quite a heatleader though should get there in a few years as he becomes more consistent. I feel he beats himself up too much and puts pressure on himself never mind the team manager's ridiculous decision to make him captain last year when Ulli got injured. How much better was he when Bomber took on that role. Anyway, thanks to Tom for all his considerable efforts and best of luck to him in the future.

Until the last few matches I would have said I felt Tom's heart was never fully committed to Glasgow, but he played his part in us winning the league so don't want to be too judgemental.

Not sure that we had much choice for a replacement captain when Ulle got injured. Cook had already turned it down, leaving Tom, Ben, Danyon, Broc and Connor. However wasn't impressed with him as captain and think Chris should have been given it at the start of the season. Strangely he seemed more of a captain after he'd handed it over to Chris - giving advice and encouragement to others etc.
Hard to know if he'll improve in the Championship but seems more promising in the Premiership. It's possible he's hit his level. Kemp , Rowe and others might also have hit a glass ceiling.
