Jeezo the Eurosport lads are no help in how to pronounce Patryk's surname!

And will our Danes be missing Poole on Wednesday. That is the chatter. Looks like it. Three meetings scheduled in Denmark on Wednesday. Presumably this was known when we agreed to race at Wimborne Road on Aug 23. Why didn't we stick out for a Sunday meeting like Edinburgh got.

Patryk looks an amazing signing, if it's him, based on his two heats for Peterborough vs Sheffield so far. He's looked the quickest rider on track tonight.

Much impressed by Patryk Wojdylo’s 13+1 (6) last night. He was in a different postcode winning his first two heats and, later, had the audacity to give Tai Woffinden the willies when they crossed swords. And he can handle himself in the scramble to the first bend.
Oor Pat (I hope) and his mechanic even spread Alwalton shale on his bike saddle, the better to shape-shift on his steed. Ivan Mauger used to do the same, but with talcum powder. Total class.
Yes, I’d take PW in a heartbeat, if his average fits. He’s better than Marcin, I reckon, and would knock other Championship number twos into a cocked helmet. Plus he wears red boots, so what more evidence do you need?
If we’re not signing him, just ignore what I’ve said.

For Plymouth it is the same line up as last Friday ie RR at 2 and at Poole ditto but with Richie "I tell it straight" Worrall for Basso.

So Wojdylo was on his way to Plymouth when the blazers blocked the signing. Rotters. I'll let you know if I can concoct a suitable conspiracy theory.
Like coombes, I'm a little worried about the impact of Tarasenko's average.
No matter. We march on. Welcome to the Stripes, Vadim. At least we can pronounce your surname.

Tarasenko needed 3H and 3A meetings to get a "real" average. His third home meeting for Peterborough was on Monday August 21 and it needs 7 days to become effective, so he will be on his assessed average until August 28. Signing him before then would be on his assessed 5.00, which apparently applies to both leagues - crazy but that's the rules!

What I can't understand is that both Patryk and Vadim are currently on assessed 5 point averages in the Premier League. Under the current rules both would also be assessed 5's in our league. So why was Patryk disallowed?

Reliable poster on BSN said his Polish club would not let him come to Glasgow. Big pat on the back to whoever at Glasgow saw that we could legitimately sign Tara.

And Vadim's mum is the big sister of the Lagutas which obviously makes Tara the nephew of Artem. Just a little throwaway.

That's the name I heard but not to say. Fair play. I hope other promotions don't get too shirty about the signing. I see we've committed it to social media, so it must be true! Potential masterstroke?

Do you think Michael Max might be the genius behind this ? You know it. Our Michael is well renowned to be very familiar with that pesky rule book.
