taken this from the unofficial website --Jamie Courtney was in action this evening in the Teeside Best Pairs event at Redcar. He was paired up with Redcar Captain Gary Havelock but didn't have the best of nights, scoring only 2 points from five rides.
The pairing of Havelock and Courtney finished third of six teams overall.
I'm a bit confused(doesn't take much I admit) ! why was he in this meeting ?

Don't see any reason he shouldn't have been, he's an ex Redcar rider who was presumably invited to take part in an open meeting.
Can you blame him for taking the opertunity to earn some extra money, experiance and not to mention to team ride with Gary Havelock.

Can you blame him for taking the opertunity to earn some extra money, experiance and not to mention to team ride with Gary Havelock. was simply just wondering why.wasn't really sure that's all.if it was just an invited meeting then cool.wasn't saying he shouldn't have or should have.but agree 100% I would of imagined that riding alongside Gary would have been very benificial
