Tigers sent a B team down to Lancashire in autumn 1967. Jim McMillan had ridden in an earlier merting and said how square the track had been. Hopefully the photo is clear enough to give an idea of how square the track must have been.

I think thats how the track might have been for Jims first meeting there. If you look closely you can may be see where the grass was lifted possibly for our meeting.
